Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please review your architectural requirements and cart configuration thoroughly before finalizing your purchase. Once an order is successfully submitted on the Elhelow website, the procurement and logistics process begins immediately.
Cancellation Policy: If you order a product from Elhelow, you cannot cancel your order and you are not eligible to receive any financial refund.
Return & Exchange Protocols
To preserve our rigid corporate product quality and hygienic standards, we do not accept returns for change of mind or structural layout adjustments. We strictly facilitate part or product exchanges under the following explicit criteria:
- Manufacturing Defects Only: Product exchanges are strictly authorized if the item is proven faulty or possesses a verified manufacturing defect.
- 30-Day Window: Eligible technical exchanges are valid for up to 30 days from the official date of purchase.
- Original Packaging: To process an exchange, the customer must formally notify our support team and ship the item back in its original intact packaging.
Usage Restriction: Elhelow Style reserves the absolute right to refuse any product exchange if the furniture item has been partially or fully used, assembled, or altered post-delivery.
Indemnification Clause
You explicitly agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elhelow, its direct corporate affiliates, officers, agents, brand partners, and employees from any structural loss, liability, legal claim, or operational demand (including reasonable attorneys fees) incurred by any third party.
This includes any claims arising out of or related to your misuse of the platform, leveraging the site to upload unauthorized data, or breaching any segment of our binding Terms of Use.
Jurisdiction & Law
"Egypt is our country of residence". It is firmly stated that the governing and regulatory framework for all transactions is the local Egyptian law.
Any disputes, claims, or legal legalities arising in connection therewith may only be formally heard and arbitrated by a competent court of law located in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
